Insurance policies have dynamically affected the way people live today, before the presence of insurance i wonder how would life be in the developing countries with insurance ratios above 70-90%, the ratio however is very very low in the third world countries since people are technically nil about the way they work and can benefit. I personally am never in favor of insurance policy because of religion but looking it widely its a very easy way to secure your investment, property or just anything, even life of your loved ones after you do not even exist.
With the Insurance policies too common across the United States of America and most of the developed countries as well as the european nations, the competition between the insurance companies has double folded as well, like the Telecom companies in Pakistan are in a big deal of competition in terms of tariffs, services and rates, so are the insurance companies in terms of tariffs and services. Its always a good idea to compare the Insurance Quotes by various firms in order to get the best and most suitable policy.
So are you insured?

I went with my dad today at the site of the home we had in construction for quite a while, Alhamdolillah the house is in the final stages since most of the work has been done already. The work has stopped these days cos of the GAS authority installing pipes in the streets for the GAS connections to the houses in the vicinity and offcourse us.
My room is my favorite part of the house with a long room, a big toilet and a big open window and the best of all a double my room size of a terrace where i can do the best of the thinking of my life in the leisure time. The tiles at the toilet are kinda ok but the sanitary fittings are yet to be done. The most concerned i am about is the ceiling fans, and weather to install a split unit or not since the weather is changing here abruptly and the need for one will surely be felt but well. The ceilings fans are important because they’re too in adding to the decor of the entire room and since my room has a lower ceiling i plan to install those stylish casablanca fans or those hunter fans or the craftmade fans etc or any other that could be stylish and affordable.
The paints and Rockwall stuff is yet to be done, today we chose the Marble pattern for the floors in the lounge , drawing room and the car porch. The rest is soon to come and hopefully we’ll shift in the coming October or so, I am too much concerned about the Rock Wall and the color that i’ve already decided but i hope dad also picks it cos he is the man incharge!.

I’ve never lived in a villa or a home that had a Mail box in the entire life but i’ve seen some really appealing mailboxes fixed at the end of the houses and gates that actually are waiting for the mail to arrive. Though most of them that i’ve come across or heard have been empty since years since the concept of Mailboxes here in Pakistan is not that famous as much as it is in the other parts of the world where it has to be a definite part of a residence.
The house we currently reside in has a mailbox made out of steel and its embedded within the gate but frankly speaking out of the 2 years we’ve been there, i have never come across a single mail that lays within that, most of the time its hand delivered or either thrown over the gates so that most of the time the puppies could lay there waste on them or the cats can chew them being fooled of it as a peace of brown bread. The use of it however is really something useful but its about culture and we can’t blame the post guys for that.
By the way i was looking around over the stumbleupon and came across some really awesome looking Mail boxes, both commercial and residential! It just came into my mind, we really should have them in use;)

Though i myself am a student and an ordinary laptop with cool specifications and a sleek design will do it for me,However someone said ”the business user would have other priorities as well”, still wondering as to what might those priorities be because a business student of today nearly uses all the tools and softwares that could be mounted on a laptop for students the same way as a Business individual who claim to work on the go, do online deals with Managed Futures Trading Account , control the eb & flow of the entire organizations with the few clicks using the so called business use laptops.
The idea is not about the machine, every one can nearly use it, but its about the specification of machine that makes the company categorize it into business and student use terms, now a days since every body wants the best performance and in the best speed possible, the term student use or business use in my opinion are useless.
I saw a few good Jobs site online, not monster but am talking about the local websites that post jobs within the country, city etc. What i couldn’t understand was that the type of Jobs they post were really weird enough, you post a Mason and an Office Boy post in a online website here and you expect someone who has experience in these things will be so literate enough to even browse internet? A Hell no…. If we see online jobs, designer jobs,rn jobs, education and finance jobs etc which can be termed as at least proper jobs as the type of people who qualify for such jobs are mostly educated and well versed one could still say that it makes sense, designers are educated and so are people from Education and Finance sector but in Pakistan if you expect a Mason or an office boy to be browsing internet to look for a Job doesn’t makes an ounce of sense at all.
I just want to know if such sites really even help?

Although America or most of the developed countries are quite big enough but well my country ain’t that small, it all comes to my mind when i see ads of air conditioning, heating, ducting, cabling, installation of different items spread all over the web. I mean, how civilized and arranged system do the developed countries have for even as small as TV cable installation to as big as installing a network or climate control unit, on the other hand in my place, we have to search for a simple mechanic to come and clean and fix it for us, you have to go for miles to find one, bring him home in your car and than even help him out, dropping him back home is yet another responsibility. Its like, for instance someone in America will go call some air conditioning maintenance and repair company to have there units installed while someone here will have to go out and search for a shop that deals in this service, That’s how it goes in my country but well probably this is why developed and non-developed countries exist on the map, just to show a difference.
We planned to have a network installation for the boys hostel, but since its under construction no one is willing to do it so early so we decided to do it on our own, this is called team-work, so we have the skills and time but what we lack is management.
