Insurance policies have dynamically affected the way people live today, before the presence of insurance i wonder how would life be in the developing countries with insurance ratios above 70-90%, the ratio however is very very low in the third world countries since people are technically nil about the way they work and can benefit. I personally am never in favor of insurance policy because of religion but looking it widely its a very easy way to secure your investment, property or just anything, even life of your loved ones after you do not even exist.

With the Insurance policies too common across the United States of America and most of the developed countries as well as the european nations, the competition between the insurance companies has double folded as well, like the Telecom companies in Pakistan are in a big deal of competition in terms of tariffs, services and rates, so are the insurance companies in terms of tariffs and services. Its always a good idea to compare the Insurance Quotes by various firms in order to get the best and most suitable policy.

So are you insured?

The world is growing day by day, in fact its not the world that is growing, its the number of people that are growing day by day on the same world that can now hardly find space for the humanity to live on. With every new day the population of the world changes, and each day brings in new desires, needs , requirements. That is the reason why the number of cars in the past 5 years have increased on a very very large scale. This at one side is a big comfort for a single human being, but on the whole every new car means alot to the traffic jams, road accidents as well fuel consumption. I thought with the latest KILLER increase in the oil prices, it would nearly be impossible for people in the third world countries to afford a car even when the CNG prices have been affected badly by the Oil price hype.

Every new day is a challenge for the humanity, and every single person having a car is likely to cause a havoc in the big cities and specially the developing countries will have very much tough time, forget the big cities, even in smaller cities like the place where i study is hardly having a population of 1 million but when we look at the traffic jams on the street all day long it really is surprising, the increase in cars have increase the subscribers for Car Insurance because accidents are increasing on a large number. Atleast to be on the safe side its a good option, but yet again Human beings are helpless cos needs and wants never end and so are the problems aroused by them.

Online shopping is never going to be my thing as long as i get my hands over a credit card, but since the condition these days isn’t even feasible enough for a debit card, thinking about getting a credit card from bank will be the biggest mistake i will commit. I hate it this way, Why don’t we have Paypal here in our country, when everyone in the world can shop online using Paypal why can’t we?

I remember, i loved a t-shirt of England Soccer team and i had to pay 50 Pounds in cash to a guy to buy me a shirt that cost him 39 pounds, and i always thought online shopping was cheap. Online shopping is the debate here so lets talk about something new, I’ve been stumbling over various shopping directories to search for shopping related websites but couldn’t find any, seems like there is no resource as yet worth.

Let me know if you come across any that is cheap and reliable as well:)

I went with my dad today at the site of the home we had in construction for quite a while, Alhamdolillah the house is in the final stages since most of the work has been done already. The work has stopped these days cos of the GAS authority installing pipes in the streets for the GAS connections to the houses in the vicinity and offcourse us.

My room is my favorite part of the house with a long room, a big toilet and a big open window and the best of all a double my room size of a terrace where i can do the best of the thinking of my life in the leisure time. The tiles at the toilet are kinda ok but the sanitary fittings are yet to be done. The most concerned i am about is the ceiling fans, and weather to install a split unit or not since the weather is changing here abruptly and the need for one will surely be felt but well. The ceilings fans are important because they’re too in adding to the decor of the entire room and since my room has a lower ceiling i plan to install those stylish casablanca fans or those hunter fans or the craftmade fans etc or any other that could be stylish and affordable.

The paints and Rockwall stuff is yet to be done, today we chose the Marble pattern for the floors in the lounge , drawing room and the car porch. The rest is soon to come and hopefully we’ll shift in the coming October or so, I am too much concerned about the Rock Wall and the color that i’ve already decided but i hope dad also picks it cos he is the man incharge!.

Untraceable is a fabulous movie released in the 2008, i really had nothing much to opine about it as i started watching the movie just to choose from a few movies in my friends computer but when i saw that the start was awesome enough to watch the movie, i made no delay in copying it to my computer to watch it. From the start to end the movie is all in a suspense till at the latest portion of the movie the guy is detected to be a teen who want’s nothing but to tease people by brutally killing them at his home’s basement and than web casting the video over to the internet gaining millions of visitors in no time. The FBI tries there level best to locate the original co-ordinates and the origin of the IP but the guy is too smart hacking the most telecom companies, access to cell phone towers , communication agencies and all the network administration areas at the FBI too and is thus easily tricking the agents making them think he is from some other place and not in the USA. Later when an agent seem to know his level of thinking she comes out with smart moves to find out the guy, and though she becomes a prey to the brutal murderer too but she never dies rather ends up killing him while millions are watching the video online in the web cast.

IMDB thought the movie is worth a 6/10 but since i don’t give much of a heck to what they say i’d rather rate it 8/10 from my personal likeliness and the genre of the movie. Its a must watch i would say.

Am sure if you’re a fond user of the MSN Messenger and usually end up visiting the MSN Homepage after checking your email account at Hotmail, you’ll surely end up seeing loads of ads of LASIK on them, but what exactly is LASIK did you ever thought of it?.
I personally don’t even know what it is at the moment while i blog about it but keeping in mind that i surely do remember this name and that it has something to do with or is a type of refractive surgery, i remember a year or so back a fellow blogger of mine wrote an in-depth article on it but i don’t know i just bookmarked the word in my brains and never read the article, than when i saw the massive promotions in the form of ads on some of the most major portals over the web i really developed a curiosity to know what exactly it is all about.

Later today while i end up seeing nothing i just wiki’d the Lasik and came up with a complete article over it, that surely will help!

The use of UPS has spread like a rapid fire all over the country these days, not only at offices but most of the people at home are as well utilizing the services provided by the device, offcourse they are left with no other affordable alternative since petrol prices have shooted up like fire again and the scorching heat of the summers and than the untimely and unlimited load shedding all over the country is killing people.

I’ve never used a UPS before but a friend of mine had one custom built for his home 2-3 months back, a custom one in a sense that he made a electrician design it for his requirements that could at least bear the load for 6 tube lights and 6 fans and at the same time make a computer function properly, it set him up for about 9000PKR but the thing is powerful and i kinda like it because the Appliance Parts are easily available and re-usable;).

P.S:Get your UPS before the scorching heat of summer toasts you out there!

I’ve never lived in a villa or a home that had a Mail box in the entire life but i’ve seen some really appealing mailboxes fixed at the end of the houses and gates that actually are waiting for the mail to arrive. Though most of them that i’ve come across or heard have been empty since years since the concept of Mailboxes here in Pakistan is not that famous as much as it is in the other parts of the world where it has to be a definite part of a residence.

The house we currently reside in has a mailbox made out of steel and its embedded within the gate but frankly speaking out of the 2 years we’ve been there, i have never come across a single mail that lays within that, most of the time its hand delivered or either thrown over the gates so that most of the time the puppies could lay there waste on them or the cats can chew them being fooled of it as a peace of brown bread. The use of it however is really something useful but its about culture and we can’t blame the post guys for that.

By the way i was looking around over the stumbleupon and came across some really awesome looking Mail boxes, both commercial and residential! It just came into my mind, we really should have them in use;)

The Deaths of Ian Stone happened to be quite a great movie to watch specially with the story line and great animations and graphical representation i never felt i am watching what actually comes in the Genre of horror but is at the same time a romantic movie as well. The movie is a story about a former Harvester(who kill with thorn on the hands and suck blood as if some kinda Vaporizer) who turns out to get opponent of his own type of people after falling in love with a girl named Jenie. Stone however has to face several harsh deaths from people of his kind but is literally never eliminated since his powers are stronger than all of them, the movie is how he fights with his own kind and than finally succeeding to get the true love of his life in the form of the girl who happened to be with him in all the lifes he lived.

IMDB rates the movie as 5.8/10 but since i hate the lamers and critics out there at IMDB who’d rate the movie good and bad for no particular reason so i’d rate a good movie like that atleast 8/10.

But they sure have started giving us the feeling that they sooner will, like few weeks back i remember we had full sleeves just to make sure we don’t die of the cold air that blows around the campus and now what the tee’s are all around to be seen and at night i mostly take off my shirt just to make sure i don’t die of the warmth the temperature is giving me, but hey wait, this isn’t even the start yet, they haven’t yet arrived, The Summers!

Ok the shirt taking off thing was kinda exaggeration though but well i did it, just cos i feel too warm while the 2 fans over my head spin to there maximum, unfortunately in the dorms one is not allowed to install a climate control unit cos than who in god’s name will cover up the already loaded power and the cost but well well, when we speak of how bad the summer is, it has its good sides as well. Mangoes am sure are one of them and so are the Milk Shakes and the 3 month off days from campus and visits to Nathia gali and Doonga Gali Water Tanks, using internet at the elevation of 7000 metres above the sea level in an area where there is no telephone line even and than having the chill out as an internee in some multi national company but let me get back to reality its just my imagination at the moment. I hope i have my summer the way i want, but i really don’t want it to bother me much cos however warm or hot the Summers are, I love them!
