Decoration in a house is one of the most important things that attract many to the beauty of the house. Along with all other decorations furniture is something that really ads to the blink of the house. These days the taste of many is changing towards modern furniture style that has quite easily replaced the contemporary furniture styles that were in demand for quite long.

Among the furniture styles, I personally like the italian furniture style because of it being exquisite & a style appealing to be more than posh life style, that has formed me to love it for my place and also recommend it to all those who want to have a change over. It would not only increase the bling of the place you live in but also make your reputation as a spender who cares about his/her distinguished image.Furniture is the next big decoration symbols that come in the picture after the color theme of the area you want other to notice. In fact it plays an important role in attracting many towards the combo that has been used at the place a very practical example that I saw was at my uncle’s place where they used a very simple theme but the way it gelled with the designer furniture that they had opted for was amazing and everything really complimented each other to the fullest.

The definition of social media is changing day by day with the advent of new technology and its evolution, which in return has given it a new name in the form of NEW MEDIA.

In1990’s the new media used to mean computer-related media such as presentations, cd-roms,videos etc anything that was not simply related to bookish form. Business has always been an integral part of the human society unlike the animal and plant society and as everything evolved so did business too and along with it the communication related to the business evolved by leaps and bounds,giving rise to a Audience Response System Software which enabled most of them to realize alot of feedback that helped them gain more and more.
Come 1999 a publication changed it all by reminding businessmen that markets are basically conversations and if you try to finish them from the market then the market it finished in return.
From there another concept of internet being a social tool of marketing evolved, because it gave and edge of being more connected,collaborative and transparent. It not only helped in better focusing on your goals but also made way to find the key influencer’s for a company who could in return create a ripple effect for them in the market.

Insurance policies have dynamically affected the way people live today, before the presence of insurance i wonder how would life be in the developing countries with insurance ratios above 70-90%, the ratio however is very very low in the third world countries since people are technically nil about the way they work and can benefit. I personally am never in favor of insurance policy because of religion but looking it widely its a very easy way to secure your investment, property or just anything, even life of your loved ones after you do not even exist.

With the Insurance policies too common across the United States of America and most of the developed countries as well as the european nations, the competition between the insurance companies has double folded as well, like the Telecom companies in Pakistan are in a big deal of competition in terms of tariffs, services and rates, so are the insurance companies in terms of tariffs and services. Its always a good idea to compare the Insurance Quotes by various firms in order to get the best and most suitable policy.

The world is growing day by day, in fact its not the world that is growing, its the number of people that are growing day by day on the same world that can now hardly find space for the humanity to live on. With every new day the population of the world changes, and each day brings in new desires, needs , requirements. That is the reason why the number of cars in the past 5 years have increased on a very very large scale. This at one side is a big comfort for a single human being, but on the whole every new car means alot to the traffic jams, road accidents as well fuel consumption. I thought with the latest KILLER increase in the oil prices, it would nearly be impossible for people in the third world countries to afford a car even when the CNG prices have been affected badly by the Oil price hype.

Every new day is a challenge for the humanity, and every single person having a car is likely to cause a havoc in the big cities and specially the developing countries will have very much tough time, forget the big cities, even in smaller cities like the place where i study is hardly having a population of 1 million but when we look at the traffic jams on the street all day long it really is surprising, the increase in cars have increase the subscribers for Car Insurance because accidents are increasing on a large number. Atleast to be on the safe side its a good option, but yet again Human beings are helpless cos needs and wants never end and so are the problems aroused by them.

Online shopping is never going to be my thing as long as i get my hands over a credit card, but since the condition these days isn’t even feasible enough for a debit card, thinking about getting a credit card from bank will be the biggest mistake i will commit. I hate it this way, Why don’t we have Paypal here in our country, when everyone in the world can shop online using Paypal why can’t we?

I remember, i loved a t-shirt of England Soccer team and i had to pay 50 Pounds in cash to a guy to buy me a shirt that cost him 39 pounds, and i always thought online shopping was cheap. Online shopping is the debate here so lets talk about something new, I’ve been stumbling over various shopping directories to search for shopping related websites but couldn’t find any,seems like there is no resource as yet worth.

I went with my dad today at the site of the home we had in construction for quite a while, Alhamdolillah the house is in the final stages since most of the work has been done already. The work has stopped these days cos of the GAS authority installing pipes in the streets for the GAS connections to the houses in the vicinity and offcourse us.

My room is my favorite part of the house with a long room, a big toilet and a big open window and the best of all a double my room size of a terrace where i can do the best of the thinking of my life in the leisure time. The tiles at the toilet are kinda ok but the sanitary fittings are yet to be done. The most concerned i am about is the ceiling fans, and weather to install a split unit or not since the weather is changing here abruptly and the need for one will surely be felt but well. The ceilings fans are important because they’re too in adding to the decor of the entire room and since my room has a lower ceiling i plan to install those stylish casablanca fans or those hunter fans or the craftmade fans etc or any other that could be stylish and affordable.

The paints and Rockwall stuff is yet to be done, today we chose the Marble pattern for the floors in the lounge , drawing room and the car porch. The rest is soon to come and hopefully we’ll shift in the coming October or so, I am too much concerned about the Rock Wall and the color that i’ve already decided but i hope dad also picks it cos he is the man incharge!.
